I am a multimedia producer who specializes in the intersection between analysis, art, technology, and advocacy. I have spent the last few years combining my production experience and international affairs education into a unique, interdisciplinary career path. I first honed my perspective on the educational possibilities of the media as a Media and Advanced Learning Technologies Consultant at American University’s Center for Teaching, Research, and Learning. Since then, my work at one of the top think tanks in the world has cemented my passion for educating through thoughtful media, and for the research behind such products.
Previously, I worked as Vice President of Video Production at an online marketing company, a photographer, a freelance videographer and video editor, and as a writer for a blog featured on Forbes, The Wall Street Journal and CNN.
I have a master’s degree in Global Media from American University’s School of International Service and School of Communication, and I have a B.A. in Philosophy and a minor in Film Studies from Tufts University in 2012.
